Hey everyone. so lasts night grill went down amazing. it was like a bbq just indoors and no smoke etc. i made myself chicken wings and sausages with the sauce and i haven't had a better supper in ages. I'm sure that's a supper im going to be repeating in the near future. so its Friday morning and its day 4 in my diet. i do feel a little lighter but nothing really noticeable just yet so well just wait and see. i haven't mentioned this yet but i am Jewish. so tomorrow is going to be my hardest day and ill explain why. Saturday for us is called sabbath. besides the rules of resting and not being able to do many things from sunset on Friday to nightfall on Saturday there is an accepted practice to eat three meals over the 24 hours. now in the Jewish religion a meal consists of eating bread, and this is were the problem starts, i don't know what to do about bread :-(. i think im just going to have a small piece by each meal and hope hope hope it doesn't ruin my diet. so tonight's meal is going to be starting with salmon fish in an amazing sauce. then we will be having chicken soup and then for main course chicken and meat. mmmm.. on this diet every things perfect Friday night. one slight problem is in the morning, we start off the main meal with mashed egg and liver but the main course is a little problem. all the Jews have something called 'cholent' which is potatoes, beans and meat stew cooked overnight in a slow cooker. so the only thing in there i can eat is the meat which isn't allot so i decided to throw in two quarters of chicken and i hope its going to have the flavour of the cholent (which is amazing) and then ill just have the chicken. i really hope i don't ruin my diet over tomorrow i guess we will just have to wait and see. that's all for the moment and i really cant wait to get to next Tuesday so i can say ive bin dieting for a week. hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and shabbat shalom!
