Hey everyone. im sorry i didnt post yesterday but it was a mad day. so i am three days in and its going really well. i actually think i might be feeling a little skinnier haha thats me dreaming. well theres one thing im craving like mad and that is sushi! because of the rice i cant have it and i realy miss it:-(. oh well i guess its worth the sacrifice (hopefully). so for lunch i tried something new, i cooked some white fish with this ketchup-mayo sauce. it was good not great though so next time im going to try some other fish recipe. for supper i went out and bought myself a cheap indoor grill. yay. so i mde myself these chicken wings and sausages (sugar free ones) with a bbq sace ahh it was brilliant. so overall the diet is going great so far but it is a little harder then i thought. for example i miss my chocolate bars and cakes etc. but so far ive survived so i cant realy complain. im hopefully going to post some pics up soon of myself so we can see how well the diet is going to work. the other thing which is a little hard is making sure to drink all that water like the diet says to do. ive drunk alot of diet drinks for the moment and hopefully slowly ill try and get used to drinking so much water. ive not really been feeling hungry so from that aspect i cant be complainning (well with a large breakfast lunch and supper i hope im always feeling full). tonights supper is going to be fried chicken breasts in oil mmm i cant wait! thats all for the moment and i hope you are enjoying my journey as much as i am enjoying it.
