Hey everyone so this morning i was all excited and just to be sure i weighed myself again and i was the same 305 pounds. so i wrote that down nd made my breakfast. i had fried egg with onion with a little bit of cheese so that was really easy and enjoyable (supporting my point i made earlier that i don't know how healthy it is but atkins is enjoyable). until lunch was easy because i wasn't hungry at all. lunch was the first hurdle because i usually have crackers with egg or tuna. so i decided to have two tins of tuna with full fat mayo with a little veggies mmmmm... the rest of the day was a little hard because i couldn't really eat anything and usually i might eat some snacks (chocolates etc). so last night for supper we decided we were going to eat out. so we went to this really nice restaurant which we eat by every so often. usually i always start with this hot freshly baked bread and dips so it was abit hard to give that a pass. but i tucked in by main course and had these amazing grilled chicken wings and a plate of chicken liver with this heavenly sauce. so now i'm back at home feeling really good that i managed my first day of my diet so well and its actualy its not that hard (i know its my first day). so here's hoping to many more of the same. i don't feel any skinnier yet... actually I'm not as bloated as i usually am after a full day of food so yay that's great. well I'm off to bed and heres hoping for another great day tomorrow.
